Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase (excluding Robomow). Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor or to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times. This offer does not apply to international, Puerto Rico or Business Direct orders.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
Damages and Defective Products:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Claims for shipping damages or defective materials must be in writing and received by Robot R&R within seven (7) days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that the goods fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order.If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations, Refunds, & Returns:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. You must first advise us by emailing us at email@example.com. Robot R&R will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping return address. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a RMA number. The product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return and your RMA number to shipping return address designated with your RMA number. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Free returns will only be honored if the return is within 7 days of receipt or if return is a result of a shipping error on our part; otherwise, you must also cover the cost of returning the product. Item and shipping reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions.
*Note there are no returns on Robomow products or Makerbot products per the manufacturer's policy
