Robomow Extended Warranty Information

FACTORY WARRANTY AND EXTENDED WARRANTIES FOR NEW ROBOMOW MOWERS (U.S. ONLY)

A. GENERAL PROVISIONS – The warranties described below are provided by Robomow to the original purchasers of new Mowers purchased from Robomow or authorized Robomow dealers. Under these warranties, Robomow will repair or replace, at its option, any covered part which is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable Factory Warranty and/or Extended Warranty terms*.  Warranty service must be performed by a dealer or service center authorized by Robomow to sell and/or service the type of Equipment involved, which will use only new or remanufactured parts or components furnished by Robomow.  Warranty service will be performed without charge to the purchaser for parts (excluding batteries on Extended Warranties) or labor. Robomow will be responsible for the shipping cost to, and from a dealer or service center authorized by Robomow during the (12)-month Standard Factory Warranty term*.  The purchaser will be responsible for shipping cost one way during the optional (12)-month and (24)-month Extended Warranty terms*.  These warranties are transferable, provided an authorized Robomow dealer is notified of the ownership change, and Robomow approves the transfer.

B. WHAT IS WARRANTED – All parts and labor of any new Robomow mowers, except batteries during the optional Extended Warranty terms*.

C. WHAT IS NOT WARRANTED – Robomow IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: (1) Used Equipment; (2) Any Equipment that has been altered or modified in ways not approved by Robomow (3) Depreciation or damage caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, misuse, lack of proper protection during storage, or accident; (4) Normal maintenance parts and service.

D. SECURING WARRANTY SERVICE – To secure warranty service, the purchaser must (1) Report the product defect to an authorized dealer and request repair within the applicable warranty term*, (2) Present evidence of the warranty start date, and (3) Make the Equipment available to an authorized dealer or service center within a reasonable period of time.

E. LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND OTHER REMEDIES – TURF & UTILITY EQUIPMENT – To the extent permitted by law, neither Robomow nor any company affiliated with it makes any warranties, representations or promises as to the quality, performance or freedom from defect of the Equipment covered by this warranty. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE PERIOD OF WARRANTY SET FORTH ON THIS PAGE. THE PURCHASER’S ONLY REMEDIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE BREACH OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY WARRANTY ON THE ROBOMOW ARE THOSE SET FORTH ON THIS PAGE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEALER, ROBOMOW OR ANY COMPANY AFFILIATED WITH ROBOMOW, BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. (Note: some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.) This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

*The warranty “Term” starts on the date of product delivery.

Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase (excluding Robomow). Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor or to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times. This offer does not apply to international, Puerto Rico or Business Direct orders.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@myrobotrr.com.

Damages and Defective Products:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  Claims for shipping damages or defective materials must be in writing and received by Robot R&R within seven (7) days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that the goods fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order.If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@myrobotrr.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations, Refunds, & Returns:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. You must first advise us by emailing us at info@myrobotrr.com. Robot R&R will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping return address. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a RMA number. The product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return and your RMA number to shipping return address designated with your RMA number. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Free returns will only be honored if the return is within 7 days of receipt or if return is a result of a shipping error on our part; otherwise, you must also cover the cost of returning the product. Item and shipping reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions.
